• Express Delivery: with 0 AED Delivery Charge.

• Our Shisha Expert will get in touch with you and keep you updated regarding your dilevery.

• Traffic and Weather: Delivery timings may be affected by traffic conditions or adverse weather. We will communicate any delays promptly.
• High Demand: During peak hours or special promotions, delivery times may extend. We appreciate your patience and strive to keep you informed of the status of your delivery.

7. Cancellation and Changes

• Orders can be modified or cancelled up to 20 Min before the scheduled delivery time without any penalty.
• Changes or cancellations after this time may be subject to fees to cover the cost of preparation and scheduling.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Be available or ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the specified time to prevent unnecessary delays charges.
